Intelligent operation makes the use of the ice maker easy! The ice may have been left in the water reservoir, and you should stop the machine and restart it when the ice cubes melt. The "Ice Full" indicator is not on when the ice basket is full.

There are two situations you may encounter. One is that the ice full sensor has failed, and you need to contact consumer service. The other is that infrared detection is affected by solid light. In this case, "ON/OFF" stays solid on and "CLEAN" flashes.

Wait 30 minutes for the ice maker to return to normal. Alternatively, you can press and hold the "CLEAN" Button to start cleaning, and then press "ON/OFF" to restart after the cleaning is done. If no indicator lights up on the display, it could be that the ice maker is not connected to a power source, or the fuse has blown.

The "Add Water" indicator being on means there is a lack of water, and the water floater is stuck.
